Chad Kelley - President/Producer
Chad Kelley is the President and Agent of Wealth Prosperity Group LLC. He possesses over 30 years’ experience in operational management for a Fortune 500 company, including mentoring, development, and consulting of leaders, executives, and CEOs. Assigned to multiple units across various states to enhance their operations, Chad earned a reputation for improving standards and financial performance. He has served as a Board member on numerous Boards and on the Advisory Board of a consulting firm, leveraging his extensive expertise.
Chad discovered a passion for real estate investment over 20 years ago, where he owns and manages his properties. In 2017, he founded his own real estate investment and management company, remaining the president and owner of multiple ventures. Despite his professional success, he has always regarded real estate as a hobby.
Giving back to the community is another of Chad's passions. He has been involved in numerous organizations and served on multiple boards, including as Board Chair for a towns Economic Authority. While Chairing the Board, Chad led the efforts to rescue the Authority from future bankruptcy. Due to these efforts the Authority is well funded by the governing agency budget and supports the community in economic growth even today.

Yadi Weaver-Office & Tax Admin
Yadi Weaver is an accomplished financial professional with 20 years of experience in state and local government. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and brings a strong foundation in financial operations, public-sector administration, and client-focused service to Wealth Prosperity Group LLC.
Throughout her career, Yadi has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals navigate their financial needs. Her extensive experience has strengthened her ability to understand complex financial matters, identify opportunities, and provide thoughtful guidance tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of those she serves.
At Wealth Prosperity Group LLC, Yadi is dedicated to building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and helping them pursue greater financial confidence and clarity. She believes effective financial guidance begins with listening, understanding each client’s priorities, and developing strategies aligned with their individual objectives.
Beyond her professional career, Yadi is a proud mother of two children, who are her greatest inspiration. She values family, service, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Noël L. Woodward – Lawyer and Tax Expert
Noël L. Woodward – Lawyer and Tax Expert
Noël Woodward provides tax and estate planning advice, as well as document preparation and filing services, for Wealth Prosperity Group LLC. She retired after nearly 40 years of Department of Defense federal service, including more than 30 years as both an active-duty and civilian attorney.
While serving as an Army officer, Noël earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During her distinguished military legal career, she chaired the Administrative and Civil Law Department at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, where she taught tax law, estate planning, and other legal subjects. She also served in two assignments with the Office of the Judge Advocate General at the Pentagon and held the position of Staff Judge Advocate at Fort Belvoir.
Throughout her career, which included assignments in Virginia, Germany, Belgium, and South Korea, Noël practiced across a broad range of legal disciplines. However, her enduring passion has been tax and estate planning, preparation, and filing. She considers it a privilege to have assisted military service members, retirees, and their families with these important matters.
Committed to continuing her service to others, Noël is dedicated to helping members of the military community, as well as current and former federal and local government employees, protect their assets and plan for the future. Her goals align closely with those of Chad and the Wealth Prosperity Group team: helping individuals and families preserve and grow their legacies while gaining peace of mind about their financial futures.
