     Chad Kelley is the President and Agent of Wealth Prosperity Group LLC. He possesses over 30 years’ experience in operational management for a Fortune 500 company, including mentoring, development, and consulting of leaders, executives, and CEOs. Assigned to multiple units across various states to enhance their operations, Chad earned a reputation for improving standards and financial performance. He has served as a Board member on numerous Boards and on the Advisory Board of a consulting firm, leveraging his extensive expertise.

     Chad discovered a passion for real estate investment over 20 years ago, where he owns and manages his properties. In 2017, he founded his own real estate investment and management company, remaining the president and owner of multiple ventures. Despite his professional success, he has always regarded real estate as a hobby.

     Giving back to the community is another of Chad's passions. He has been involved in numerous organizations and served on multiple boards, including as Board Chair for a towns Economic Authority. While Chairing the Board, Chad led the efforts to rescue the Authority from future bankruptcy. Due to these efforts the Authority is well funded by the governing agency budget and supports the community in economic growth even today.
